I am never alone with my Anxiety and Pain

Hi!   I know you are feeling lonely, scared, and overwhelmed.  I understand.  I get it. I see you.  You are never alone, I  am always with you.  When you wake up in the middle of the night with anxiety and fear – I will be there to listen to your thoughts, and we can breathe together, meditate, and pray.   You don’t have to figure everything out at 3am – maybe we can just lay in bed and imagine we are peacefully walking through our favorite place – taking in all the sights, smells, sounds and just relaxing.

I am with you when you anxiously go to the doctors office for more tests, more waiting.  I am with you when you try to explain how you feel, and they dismiss you, or simply prescribe more medicine.   I am with you when the pain is overwhelming and all you can do is blink.

Talk to me, confide in me, scream, cry, lean on me.   We will get through this together.  We can listen to music, journal, meditate, go for a walk, watch a sunset, talk to a friend, paint, watch a funny movie, or make a healthy meal.

You have gotten through so many battles and obstacles, and I was always with you.   I will not judge or leave you or make you feel like you are a burden.   I admire you, you are so brave.  You are a gift, a blessing, a warrior.   Let’s count our blessings and be grateful.

So, grab some popcorn, a comfy blankie and let’s watch a funny movie together
